This Micro Center bundle is perfect to save cash, but also to get your hands on heavy-hitting components. The Ryzen 5 7600X3D is a relatively recent processor, as it was launched in August 2024 and features the X3D V-cache that gives the X3D processors their exceptional gaming performance. This processor can easily be paired with a high-end graphics card, and according to one review, it managed 408 FPS in F1 24 at 1080p while the 9800X3D and 7800X3D delivered 463 and 438 FPS, respectively.
So that should tell you everything you need to know about its gaming output. However, the curve of lower productivity follows this processor as well, which was shed by the Ryzen 7 9800X3D. So, for those workflows, this isn’t the best option on the market. We’d recommend using it for purely gaming if you want to stream or for the best gaming experience.
