Nintendo Direct June 2026: All The Biggest Announcements And Games (So Far)

What’s next for Nintendo? That’s a question we’re expecting to see answered with today’s Nintendo Direct, as the gaming giant returns with its first broadcast in months. We’ll be keeping track of all the announcements today, so if you don’t have time to watch the almost hour-long presentation and the Nintendo Treehouse stream afterward, you can scroll below to see the reveals as they happen. Just hit your F5 key for a refresh, and you can see what’s headed next to the Switch line of consoles.

Speaking of Nintendo hardware, the Switch 2 celebrated its first anniversary a few days ago. The hybrid gaming system has sold well since its debut, thanks to a decent selection of first-party games and some excellent third-party titles that are already pushing the Switch 2 to its limits. We’ll likely see more games announced for the system, and the June Direct normally keeps things varied with a mix of cozy indies and big-budget AAA experiences.

As for Nintendo, who knows what the company will reveal today? Rumors are already floating around of a Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake, and we’re guessing that Star Fox and Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave could also make an appearance today.

Rhythm Heaven Groove

The show kicked off with Rhythm Heaven Groove, and believe it or not, this is a game that’s all about finding a heavenly rhythm and groove. There’ll be over 80 minigames in single-player and over 30 co-op multiplayer to try out when the game launches on July 2 for Switch.
