The FX360 LCD PE can keep a Ryzen 9 9900X under 70C at full load while producing a maximum of 35dBA of sound.  That’s not the best performance TweakTown has ever seen, there are better AiO coolers on the market but they cost a lot more than the $95 price tag on the FX360 LCD PE.  If you are on a budget but want to go with a pretty looking cooler, this is a solid choice for your system.
