TeamGroup is a popular and reputable brand for RAM and SSDs (including ones that self-destruct), and it’s these two components that are most affected by AI-fueled industry shortages. DDR5 RAM in particular has been difficult to source for about six months – at least for a reasonable price. However, TeamGroup is now launching two new DDR5 kits for you to consider.

Unfortunately, pricing details are yet to be made official, but we do know that the new Elite and Elite Plus models offer up to a super speedy 8,000 MT/s transfer rate. It’s worth pointing out that previous Elite DDR5 memory was limited to 6,400 MHz (the two measurements are used interchangeably in marketing), so it’s a notable step up with the 2026 models.
