Samsung 57″ Neo G9 4K monitor is back down to under $1,500 as Prime Day looms
The Samsung 57″ Odyssey Neo G9 is one of the best gaming monitors that money can buy. It delivers next-level immersion, visual quality, gaming specs, and sheer screen real estate. With a dual UHD (7680 x 2160) resolution spread across the 57″ panel, you can play games, watch movies, and work with the best quality possible. The 1000R function lets this monitor curve around you, so if you have Dolby Atmos headphones or a sound system, you have your personal cinema at your disposal.
It is also excellent for productivity, as it eliminates the need for a multi-monitor setup, since you can see video timelines, music sheets, spreadsheets, graphs, and more without scrolling. The 240Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time make it ideal for fast-paced gaming, and while the size might not suit FPS gaming, it is a match made in heaven for racing sims. Also, you can easily connect different devices with it and split the screen without any issues.
The best part is that it was originally going for $2,099.99, but with a 31% price cut, it was knocked down to $1,449.99 but wait, it gets better. There is a discount coupon that will drop this price tag further down to $1,329.99, which is, honestly, a steal.

Why you should score the Samsung G95NC
Exceptional visual quality and immersion
The original Samsung Odyssey featured a 49″ panel that broke the internet, but Samsung decided to take it further, and now we have a Dual 4K 57″ monitor on our hands. This means that you can, essentially, have two 32″ 4K monitors side by side without the annoying bezels in between. So, the sheer quality, thanks to this resolution and pixel density, is amazing. You can tackle content creation, streaming, and other tasks easily.
Editing is easier as you can easily zoom in for finer details without the image being pixelated. The 1000R curvature adds a layer of immersion that takes this entire package to the next level. It completely wraps around your FOV and transports you into the middle of the game or the movie you’re watching.
Perfect for fast-paced gaming
Despite its size, which might make you think it is tailored for productivity, it has a 240Hz refresh rate and a 1ms response time. This means it is ideal for competitive and racing games, as you’ll see more of the playing field in great detail and fluidity. However, the aspect to focus on is the detail. Powering a dual UDH gaming monitor will require a great amount of processing power, and it isn’t something that is suitable for budget or mid-range GPUs. So, we would recommend that you check out the best GPUs to pair with this monitor for the best gaming output.
Promotes smoother and more efficient productivity efforts
The screen real estate of this gaming monitor is no joke. With the Auto Source Switch+, you can easily swap between two connected devices, but you can also split the screen for two different inputs. For example, the laptop can be used for reference images while the gaming PC handles the demanding workflows like 3D rendering or video editing. Other than that, you can see timelines without having to scroll, and the same is true for graphs, spreadsheets, and more. So, when you don’t have to scroll around a lot or keep changing between tabs and windows, it’ll save you time and keep your work flowing smoothly.
