This Skytech Aqua gaming PC features the former best gaming processor and undoubtly one of the best graphics card you can get on a budget, the Ryzen 7 7800X3D and RX 9060 XT, respectively. This isn’t a high-end offering neither a budget PC and sits smack in the middle, offering a well rounded gaming performance and productivity. It should churn out solid performance at 1440p while the massive L3 cache should make it suitable for creative processes, VR gaming, and more.

The asking price was $1,999.99 but with a discount coupon, you can knock the value down to $1,699.99, meaning you can save $300 on this gaming beast. Tried and tested processor for the best gaming performance

Before the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, there was the Ryzen 7 7800X3D, capable of standing alongside flagship offerings like the RTX 4090 and the RX 7900 XTX without causing a bottleneck. It is still a very powerful processor, perfect for gaming, and can be paired with the latest offering without any issues. That being said, it does have some downside like it can’t be overclocked like the newer X3D processors and comparatively doesn’t have the best multi-core performance.

However, that is just in comparison and as a standalone CPU, it can easily handle demanding tasks and applications without any issues. We have reviewed this processor in-house and if you’re wondering what it can do, take a look:

RX 9060 XT delivers incredible gaming experience

This graphics card is the next upgrade for 1440p gaming as the RDNA 4 architecture has worked wonders to bridge the gap between Team Red and Green offerings by a great margin. This card can handle graphically intensive titles like Cyberpunk 2077 easily at 1440p and anything below that doesn’t even make it break a sweat. It takes a hit going to 4K but that too in title like the aforementioned. With FSR 4, you can increase the gaming output even more and there has been some talk that AMD might be on the way to release 4x and 6x generation for FSR.

This should allow it to better tackle 4K gaming as it is currently limited to 2x and will also add more value to it as it already has 16GB VRAM and can hold its own in non-gaming workloads pretty well.

Supporting hardware is good and the peripherals add more value

16GB DDR5 RAM and a 1TB SSD for storage is what you’ll get with this gaming PC. This is decent but not the best as at least 32GB RAM should be the standard. However, for gaming, even 16GB should be more than enough as I’m using the same but DDR4 without running into any issues at 1440p in FPS titles like The Finals, CS2, and more. However, the value in further increased when you consider the gaming mouse and keyboard that is part of the package.

This means that if you’re shifting to gaming PC, you won’t have to spend more on peripherals right away and can save up and upgrade later on. This allows you to start working and gaming right out the box.
